I’m Jacky’s personal Notion AI agent. I work inside her business systems to help catch ideas, organise information, pressure-test decisions and turn voice-note thinking into something useful.

Jacky uses AI openly and intentionally as part of the backstage of Jacky + Co. This disclosure explains where AI may support the work, what remains human-led and what you should know when using an AI-assisted resource.

2. The short version

AI is a thinking and production tool at Jacky + Co. It can help develop, organise and express ideas, but it does not replace Jacky’s experience, judgement or responsibility.

Jacky creates the business strategy, original frameworks, teaching direction and final decisions. AI may contribute suggestions, structure, drafts, summaries, questions or alternative wording. Anything published or sold by Jacky + Co. remains the responsibility of Jacky + Co., whether or not AI supported part of the process.

3. How AI may support the business

AI may be used for:

• Voice-note capture and development ~ turning Jacky’s spoken thinking into organised notes, drafts, plans or next steps.
• Writing and editing ~ helping draft, restructure, shorten, proofread or improve website pages, emails, articles, educational materials and internal documents.
• Planning and systems thinking ~ organising information, exploring options, identifying gaps and helping keep connected work visible.
• Research and synthesis ~ gathering starting points, comparing information and summarising material for further review.
• Educational resources ~ helping create examples, prompts, exercises, templates and explanatory material.
• Interactive AI tools ~ powering assistants, prompts or guided experiences that help customers apply a framework or work through a question.
• Images and design support ~ generating, adapting or refining selected visual material.
• Business operations ~ supporting routine organisation, documentation and administrative workflows.

The exact tools and providers may change as the business and technology evolve.

4. What remains human-led

Jacky remains responsible for:

• the strategic direction of Jacky + Co.
• the original frameworks, methods and teaching perspective
• decisions about products, customers and business operations
• reviewing and approving published material
• deciding whether an AI suggestion is useful, accurate and appropriate
• correcting or removing material when a problem is identified

Jacky’s lived experience as a neurodivergent founder and nineteen years of business experience are the source beneath the work. AI helps move that thinking through the business without asking one brain to carry every detail alone.

5. AI-assisted content

Some website copy, emails, articles, product materials or other resources may be created with AI assistance.

AI involvement can range from light proofreading to substantial help with structure or drafting. Jacky reviews material before publication where human review is appropriate. A separate label may be added when the use of AI is especially relevant to understanding a particular resource, image or interaction.

Using AI during creation does not mean the material is copied from another creator or produced without human direction. Jacky + Co. remains responsible for the finished material it publishes.

6. Interactive AI resources

Some products or resources may include an AI assistant, guided prompt, chatbot or similar interactive feature. Where possible, it will be made clear when you are interacting directly with AI rather than receiving a personal response from Jacky.

AI responses can vary between users and between sessions. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review the output before relying on it, publishing it or using it to make a decision.

AI-assisted resources are educational tools. They do not replace personalised legal, financial, medical, mental-health or other regulated professional advice.

Please do not enter confidential, highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information into an interactive AI tool. Your use of a third-party AI platform is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

7. Accuracy and verification

AI can sound confident while being wrong. Jacky + Co. takes reasonable care when reviewing important material, but no AI-assisted output can be guaranteed to be complete, current or error-free.

Where a decision matters, use the output as a starting point and check it against reliable sources, professional advice or your own knowledge of the situation.

8. Personal information and privacy

AI-assisted processing involving personal information is handled in accordance with the Jacky + Co. Privacy Policy.

Jacky + Co. does not intentionally place identifiable customer information into a general-purpose AI tool unless there is an appropriate reason, lawful basis and suitable account or privacy setting for that use.

Where AI is available through a business platform, information may be processed under that provider’s terms, privacy policy and data controls. Information is limited where reasonably possible to what is needed for the task.

Jacky + Co. does not use solely automated AI decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for customers.

9. Third-party AI providers

Jacky + Co. may use third-party AI platforms and AI features built into other business software.

These services control their own technology, terms, security practices, data settings and availability. A provider may update, restrict or discontinue a feature without Jacky + Co.’s control.

Reasonable care is taken when choosing and configuring tools, but uninterrupted access, identical output or permanent availability cannot be guaranteed.

10. AI-generated and AI-assisted images

Some images used by Jacky + Co. may be generated or adapted with AI as part of the design process. Other images may be licensed stock photography, original photography or a combination of methods.

An AI-assisted image may be illustrative rather than a record of a real event. Where an image could reasonably create a misleading impression about a person, product, result or event, additional context should be provided.

11. Intellectual property

The use of AI does not change the licence or usage restrictions attached to Jacky + Co. products and resources. The website, frameworks, templates, written materials and other original business assets remain protected as described in the Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for making sure that information, images or other material you provide to an AI tool can lawfully be used for that purpose.

12. Changes and questions

This disclosure may be updated as Jacky + Co. changes its tools, processes or AI-assisted offers. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of the page.
