the lay of the land

MEET Claude

Claude isn't another ChatGPT. It's an AI assistant from Anthropic that sounds more human out of the box, and once you know how the pieces fit, it stops feeling like a mystery box.

The Field Guide

one brain, four doors

1What even is Claude? (one brain, four doors)

Claude is an AI assistant from Anthropic, a company founded by former OpenAI researchers who wanted AI that's safer, more helpful, and tbh just better at writing. It's the one to reach for when you want something that sounds human instead of giving you that generic‑robot‑wrote‑this energy.

Here's the part most people miss. Claude isn't one tool, it's one brain with four doors.

Where you use itWhat it is
Claude.ai (browser)The main chat interface. Works on any device, free to start. Where most people begin and spend most of their time.
Claude Desktop AppThe Mac or Windows app. Same as the browser, plus Cowork mode, which lets Claude do tasks on your computer for you.
Claude Mobile AppiOS and Android. Chat on the go, and it syncs your conversations across devices.
Claude CodeA terminal tool that lets Claude write and run code directly on your computer. You describe what you want in plain words, Claude builds it.
Jacky's take

I mostly use Claude.ai when I need a specific Claude skill I've installed, or when I'm building with Claude Code. For everyday business work I'm in Notion AI, which runs on Claude (among other models) under the hood, so everything I make flows straight into my Notion workspace through the connector. The two together are so goodÂ đŸ«¶đŸ»

Try this right nowGo to claude.ai and make a free account. Type: “I'm a female entrepreneur who runs a small online business. I'm new to AI. Give me 3 things I can use you for today that will save me at least 30 minutes.” That's your first taste.
2Which Claude should I use?

There are three versions of Claude, and picking the right one genuinely changes what you get back. Good news, it's simpler than it sounds.

ModelThink of it asUse it when
Sonnet (default)Your reliable everyday assistant. Fast, smart, handles 90% of everything.Writing emails, brainstorming, drafting content, research. Basically everything unless you have a reason to switch.
Haiku (speed)The quick‑and‑light option. Less deep thinking, but fast.Simple questions, quick rewrites, sorting data, anything where speed beats nuance.
Opus (power)The deep thinker. Takes longer but catches things the others miss.Big business decisions, complex strategy, when Sonnet's answer feels shallow.
Jacky's take

I use Sonnet for like, everything, it's good enough for 90% of what I do. I only switch to Opus when I'm making a big business decision and I need it to really think (analysing my funnel, stress‑testing a new offer). Haiku is my go‑to for a quick yes‑or‑no or a fast rewrite when I don't want to burn through my usage. (Opus is a paid‑plan thing, so on the free plan you'll just see Sonnet and Haiku in the switcher.)

What about Extended Thinking?

When you turn on Extended Thinking, Claude takes extra time to reason through your question before answering (free plans get a lighter version, paid plans go deeper). The quality jumps noticeably for anything with math, logic, multi‑step problems, or complex analysis. It's the gap between catching someone for a quick answer as they walk past your desk and sitting them down for a proper focused conversation.

Try this right nowNext time you ask something complex, toggle on Extended Thinking and compare it to the answer without it. The difference will make you go oh đŸ€Ż
3Projects, the feature that changes everything

Most people use Claude like a string of one‑night stands, a brand‑new conversation every time, re‑explaining who they are from scratch. A Project fixes that by giving Claude a memory of you. It's a persistent workspace where Claude remembers your custom instructions across every conversation, knows your uploaded documents, and stays in character as whatever expert you've told it to be.

Think of it like the gap between hiring a random freelancer every single morning and having a team member who already knows your business, your voice, and your audience.

Set up your first Project (about 5 minutes)

  1. Click Projects in the left sidebar of Claude
  2. Click Create Project (or the + icon)
  3. Name it something specific, like “Blog Content for My Business,” not “My Project”
  4. Write your custom instructions. This is the most important step. Tell Claude who you are, who your audience is, what tone to use, and what to avoid
  5. Upload your knowledge base, like your brand voice guide or example content
  6. Start chatting, and every conversation in this Project uses your instructions and docs automatically
Jacky's take

Projects are incredibly powerful and they work on the free plan (you get 5). The custom instructions are basically the same idea as The Clarity 7ℱ, an AI brain doc that tells Claude exactly who you are and how to help. If you've already built a Biz Overview or a brand voice guide, drop those into a Project and watch it go from generic AI to your AIÂ đŸ€Ż

Try this right nowCreate a Project called “My Business Brain.” In the instructions write: “You are a business strategist helping me with my online business. I'm a [your niche] who serves [your audience]. My tone is [your vibe]. Always give me actionable advice, not theory.” Upload your best content as a voice sample, then ask for 3 Skool post ideas for this week.
4How to write prompts that actually work

What you get out of Claude is tied directly to what you put in. Here are the five moves that make the biggest difference.

One ~ Be ridiculously specific

The more specific you are, the less Claude has to guess, and guessing is where AI goes sideways. “Write me an email” becomes “Write a follow‑up email to my client Sarah about the Q3 campaign. Mention the revised budget arrives Friday, and ask about her availability for a call next Tuesday. Keep it warm but professional.”

Two ~ Give it context about you

Claude knows nothing about your business unless you tell it. Drop in who you are, who your audience is, and what matters. This is exactly why Projects are so powerful.

Three ~ Tell it what format you want

“Give me info about SEO” becomes “Create a numbered list of the top 10 SEO basics for someone who runs a small business blog. One sentence per point, no jargon.”

Four ~ Show it what good looks like

Paste an example of the tone you want. “Here's a sample of my writing style: [paste your best email]. Now write my next newsletter in this same voice.” Claude picks up on your rhythm, word choice, even your little quirks.

Five ~ Iterate, don't settle

Claude's first answer is a draft, not a final. Give feedback like “make it warmer,” “shorten the intro,” “add a specific example about planning systems.” The best results always come from going back and forth.

Jacky's take

The single biggest upgrade to your prompting? Stop writing prompts that sound like Google searches and start writing them like voice notes to a smart friend who happens to know nothing about your business. Context, specifics, examples, and what you actually want. That's the whole secret 😉

5Claude vs. ChatGPT, when to use which

You probably already have ChatGPT, and that's great, keep it. This isn't about picking sides, it's about knowing which tool to reach for and when.

ClaudeChatGPT
Writing qualityTends to sound more natural and human, less “AI‑ish” out of the box.Good, but often needs more prompting to shake off that polished‑robot tone.
Custom GPTs / SkillsSkills are instruction files installed locally. Can't be shared publicly yet.Custom GPTs can be shared publicly with a link. Great for members and clients.
Code / BuildingClaude Code is excellent for building things on your computer.Better suited to quick code snippets than full builds.
ConnectorsConnects to Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and more.Has its own set of integrations.
Jacky's take

I keep both. Claude gets my writing (it just sounds better), my Claude Code projects, my skills, and anything I want flowing into Notion through the connector. ChatGPT runs my custom GPT Pixies that I share with members and clients, because you can hand those out publicly with a link and Claude skills can't do that yet. They're teammates with different jobsÂ đŸ«¶đŸ»

6Interface quick tour + hidden gems

No 20‑minute button tutorial. Here's what actually matters when you open Claude.

Sidebar (left)Start new chats, open Projects, see starred conversations, browse recent chats.

Hidden gems most people miss

  • Image analysis: drag in a screenshot, photo, or diagram and ask Claude about it. It reads charts, analyses layouts, even critiques designs.
  • Multi‑file uploads: drag in several files at once and Claude keeps context across all of them.
  • Artifacts: when Claude builds something substantial, it opens in a side panel where you can preview it live.

make claude remember you

MAKE IT yours

Right now every new chat starts completely blank, so you explain your business from scratch every single time. A Skill is the fix. You save your key context once, and Claude carries it into every future conversation.

The Remember‑You Lesson

your first Skill in 5 minutes

1Wait, what's a Claude Skill?

A Skill is a permanent cheat sheet you hand Claude about you and your business. You save it once, switch it on, and Claude works with that context already loaded. It's the difference between talking to a stranger and talking to someone who actually knows you.

What can become a Skill?

Anything you keep re‑explaining to Claude: your ideal client research or language bank, your brand voice guide, your business overview, a framework you've built, your content pillars, your product descriptions and positioning. Not sure what to pick? Start with whatever document you find yourself pasting in over and over. That's your biggest time‑saver and easiest first win.

Claude without a SkillClaude with your Skill on
Starts blank every chatStarts already knowing your business
You re‑paste the same doc constantlyYou save it once, done
Generic, could‑be‑anyone outputOutput that actually sounds like you
“Let me explain my business again...”“You already get it, let's go”
2Before you start (30 seconds, do this once)

Claude Skills need one setting switched on first, and this is the step that quietly trips people up.

Go to Settings → Features and make sure file creation / code execution is turned on. Skills lean on it to work, and if it's off, the Skills section won't behave the way it should. Flip it on once and you never think about it again. (Using the Skills Claude already comes with is free. Building your own custom Skill needs a paid plan, Pro or above, with that setting on.)

3Build your first one (5 steps)

Step one ~ Open a fresh chat

Go to claude.ai and start a brand new conversation. Clean slate, nothing else open.

Step two ~ Paste in what you want Claude to remember

Open the document you want Claude to carry going forward, your brand voice guide, your ICA research, a business overview, a framework. Copy the whole thing and paste it in. If it's long, paste the long version anyway (she's not scared of a wall of text đŸ«Ł). You'll know it worked when Claude reads it back and clearly understands it.

Step three ~ Give Claude this prompt

Paste this“I want to create a Claude Skill from this document. Please turn it into a clear, structured skill I can save, so you always have this context when I'm working with you. Pull out the key information so future conversations start with this knowledge already loaded.”

Claude takes everything you pasted, pulls out what matters, and organizes it into a clean structured version that works as a Skill. You'll know it worked when Claude hands you back a tidy, organized version, not just a copy of what you sent.

Step four ~ Save it

This is the step people skip, and it's the one that actually makes it stickÂ đŸ€Šâ€â™€ïž

  1. Copy the structured version Claude just gave you
  2. Click your profile icon (bottom left), then Settings
  3. Open Features, then scroll to Skills
  4. Click Add
  5. Choose Write skill instructions and paste in what Claude created (or pick Create with Claude for a guided chat)
  6. Name it something you'll recognise, like “My Brand Voice” or “Business Overview”
  7. SaveÂ đŸ„‚

Step five ~ Switch it on

Next time you start a chat, your Skill is ready. Open it from your Skills, toggle it on, and Claude starts every conversation already knowing your context. No more blank slate, no more re‑explaining yourself.

4Skill vs. Project vs. Memory (quick gut‑check)
FeatureWhat it holdsBest for
SkillHow you want things done (your voice and your format)Reusable context + style across every chat
ProjectThe living stuff for one body of work (current offers, this launch)Knowledge that changes often
MemoryClaude remembering you across chats on its ownHands‑off recall (any plan)

For making Claude sound like you and know your business, a Skill is the loveliest place to start. Once you're comfy, you can graduate your fast‑changing stuff into a Project too.

5Pro tips for better Skills
  • Start with your most‑repeated context. Whatever you re‑explain chat after chat, that's your first Skill. For most people it's brand voice or business overview.
  • You can have more than one. Build a Brand Voice Skill, an ICA Skill, a Content Strategy Skill, and switch on whichever fit the task. Like handing Claude different briefing folders.
  • Skills are living documents. Come back and update them whenever your positioning, offers, or voice shifts. A Skill that's six months stale can quietly hold Claude back.
  • The more specific, the better. “I'm a business coach” gives Claude almost nothing. “I help women 45+ who are burned out from hustle culture build calm, ADHD‑friendly systems in Notion” gives Claude everything.

your spell book of codes

THE PROMPT library

These are prompt shortcuts that completely change how Claude responds. Type one before your actual request and Claude shifts into a different gear. You don't need all of them, just two or three that match what you're working on this week.

The code is the how, your words are the what.

Jacky's Picks

If the full list makes your brain do the thing, ignore it for now. Here are my one‑per‑section favourites. Start with /ghost and /mirror this week, add PARETO and /blindspots next week, and you're away.

/ghostsound completely human
/mirrorlock in your exact voice

Core Writing & Style10 codes

This is your make‑it‑sound‑like‑me section, and tbh it's probably where you'll spend the most time. Whether you're drafting a Slow Glow Sunday email, writing a Skool post, or trying to get Claude to stop sounding like a corporate robot who swallowed a thesaurus, these codes are your everyday workhorses.

CodeWhat it doesBest for
/ghostRewrites text so it's impossible to tell AI wrote itRobotic first drafts
/mirrorMatches your exact writing style from a sample you give itSounding like you
/rawStrips all formatting and gives a clean plain responseClean copy‑paste
/voiceLocks in a specific tone and keeps it the entire conversationStaying on‑tone
/punchMakes every sentence hit harder and more directFlat, wordy lines
/flowRestructures text so it reads smoother from start to finishChoppy paragraphs

/hookRewrites the opening line to grab attention instantlyBoring openers
/rephraseSays the same thing in a completely different wayStuck on wording
/polishMakes rough text sound professional without changing the meaningQuick pro finish
Jacky's pick

/ghost + /mirror together is the combo for when you want Claude to draft something that sounds like you wrote it on a really good brain day. Paste one of your best emails or Skool posts as a sample first, then ask Claude to draft your next one in that same voice. It picks up on your rhythm, your parenthetical asides, all of it.

Try these right now
  • /ghost Rewrite this email so it sounds completely human and warm: [paste your draft]
  • /mirror Here's a sample of my writing style: [paste your best Skool post]. Now write a welcome email for new members in this exact voice.
  • /hook I wrote this blog intro but it's boring: “Today I want to talk about planning systems.” Make it grab attention instantly.
  • /trim This sales page section is way too long. Cut the fluff but keep the emotion: [paste section]
  • /flow This email reads choppy and disconnected. Restructure it so it flows like a voice note: [paste email]
Artifacts & Creation10 codes

This is where Claude stops talking about things and actually builds them for you. Dashboards, prototypes, wireframes, working tools. You know that feeling when you're trying to explain what you want your sales page to look like and you're waving your hands around going “it should feel like... cozy but professional?” These codes turn that hand‑waving into something visual you can actually use.

CodeWhat it doesBest for
ARTIFACTSGenerates a full interactive project you can use immediatelyInstant usable build
/buildmeCreates a complete working app or tool from a descriptionTools from scratch
DASHBOARDBuilds a live data dashboard you can interact withLive data views

Jacky's pick

WIREFRAME is so good when you're planning a sales page or opt‑in page layout before building it in Flodesk. You describe what sections you want, what the flow should feel like, and Claude gives you a visual layout you can actually hand to someone (or build yourself) without starting at a blank screen.

Try these right now
  • WIREFRAME Design a sales page layout for a $37/month membership for creative female founders. Sections needed: hero with headline, pain points, what's inside, testimonials, FAQ, CTA.
  • BLUEPRINT I'm building a 6‑day email challenge. Create the full project plan with file structure, email sequence, and daily content outline.
  • /buildme Create a simple calculator tool where someone can input their monthly revenue goal and it shows how many units of a $37 product they need to sell per month and per week.
  • GENERATOR Build me a reusable email subject line generator for a cozy, ADHD‑friendly business brand. It should ask for the topic and tone, then give 10 options.
Thinking & Reasoning10 codes

For when you need Claude to actually think with you, not just spit out the first answer that comes to mind. These codes are like having a thinking partner who forces you to look at the problem from angles you'd never see on your own. Perfect for those moments when you're staring at your business going “I know something isn't working but I literally cannot figure out what” (we've all been thereÂ đŸ«Ł).

Jacky's pick

/blindspots is the one I reach for before any big business decision. It's like having a second brain that catches all the stuff you're too close to see, and it's especially good when you've been staring at the same offer or launch plan for so long that you can't tell if it's brilliant or completely broken anymore.

Try these right now
  • /blindspots I'm about to launch a $37/month membership for creative female founders. Here's my plan: [describe plan]. What am I missing that could cause this to fail?
  • INVERT Instead of asking “how do I get more members,” help me think about this backwards: what would guarantee that nobody joins my membership? Then reverse those answers into a strategy.
  • /layered Explain the difference between a membership and a course, at beginner level, intermediate level, and expert business strategist level.
  • /unpack Break down everything that needs to happen for an evergreen funnel to actually work. Every moving piece, every assumption, every system.
Learning & Mastery10 codes

For when you want to actually understand something new instead of just getting a wall of text you'll forget in ten minutes. These codes turn Claude into the most patient teacher you've ever had, one who meets you exactly where you are and doesn't make you feel silly for asking. Your squiggly brain is going to love /eli5 and SPEEDRUN because they're basically dopamine‑safe learning on demand.Â đŸ”„

Jacky's pick

/eli5 is my go‑to for anything finance or tech‑related that makes my brain want to physically leave the room. You know that feeling when someone starts explaining SEO or tax deductions and your eyes just... glaze over? /eli5 strips all the jargon and gives you that “ohhh, THAT's what that means” moment. It's like having someone explain things the way you wish Google would.

Try these right now
  • /eli5 What is an evergreen funnel and how does it actually make money while I sleep? Explain it like I'm smart but have zero marketing background.
  • SPEEDRUN I need to understand Pinterest SEO in the fastest way possible. Give me just what I need to start driving traffic to my blog this week.
  • /mentor I'm a solo female founder with a $37/month membership, a few digital products, and a blog. I want to hit consistent €5k months. What should I focus on next?
  • CRASHCOURSE Give me everything I need to know about email deliverability in five minutes. I use Flodesk.
  • GAPFINDER I think I understand how to build a sales funnel, but I'm probably missing things. Ask me questions to find the gaps in my knowledge.
Analysis & Strategy9 codes

For when you need to stress‑test an idea, find the weak spots in a plan, or figure out where your biggest opportunity is hiding. These are your strategic thinking partner codes, the ones you pull out during a planning session when you're trying to figure out “is this actually a good idea or am I just excited about it because it's new and shiny?” (Past‑Jacky has been there so many timesÂ đŸ€Šâ€â™€ïž)

Jacky's pick

PARETO + BOTTLENECK used together. When you're in that scattered, everything‑feels‑equally‑urgent mode and your to‑do list is giving you‑should‑be‑doing‑more‑energy, these two will show you the one thing that actually moves the needle and the one thing that's quietly blocking everything else. It's like a clarity intervention for your brain.

Try these right now
  • PARETO Here's everything on my business plate right now: [list your projects]. Which 20% of these will drive 80% of my revenue this quarter?
  • /premortem Imagine my membership launch completely flopped. Nobody signed up. Work backwards and tell me every reason why that could happen, so I can prevent it.
  • BOTTLENECK I have a blog, a newsletter, a Skool community, a few digital products, and a membership. Traffic is low and sales are inconsistent. What's the one bottleneck slowing everything down?
  • /redteam Here's my sales page copy for my new offer: [paste copy]. Tear it apart. Tell me every weakness, every place someone would click away, every objection I haven't addressed.
Creative & Content10 codes

This is the “my brain is empty and I need ideas NOW” section. For when you're staring at a blank Skool post, trying to write a blog intro that doesn't put people to sleep, or need ten different ways to talk about the same topic without sounding like a broken record. These codes push Claude's creative brain way beyond the usual “here are five generic ideas” energy.

CodeWhat it doesBest for
/viralRewrites content so it's designed to get sharedShareable content
HOOKS10Generates ten opening hooks for any topicBlank‑page openers
/storysellTurns a boring message into a story people want to readSelling without sleaze

/bangerTurns a flat line into something people screenshot and shareScreenshot‑worthy lines
THUMBNAILWrites a title or headline designed to get clicksClick‑worthy titles
Jacky's pick

HOOKS10 is like, actually incredible for blog posts and emails. Give it your topic (“why most planners don't work for ADHD brains”), get ten completely different opening lines back, and pick the one that makes your gut go yep, that's the one. It's like having a brainstorm partner who never runs out of ideas and never judges your weird angles.

Try these right now
  • HOOKS10 Give me 10 opening hooks for a blog post about why most productivity advice doesn't work for creative women with ADHD.
  • /storysell I need to sell my €9 mini‑planner in an email, but I don't want it to feel salesy. Turn this boring description into a story: “It's a simple weekly planner designed for ADHD brains.”
  • /angles I keep writing about “planning systems for ADHD entrepreneurs” and I'm running out of fresh takes. Give me 10 completely different angles on this same topic.
  • REMIX Combine the concept of “Marie Kondo's decluttering method” with “business offer auditing” into a fresh content idea for creative founders.
  • /banger Make this line more screenshot‑worthy: “You don't need another planner, you need a system that works with your brain.”
Coding & Technical10 codes

Before you skip this section going “I'm not a coder.” Wait. You don't need to be. These codes are for when you're using Claude Code on your computer, fiddling with your website, or trying to turn a repetitive task into something that runs itself. Claude handles all the technical stuff, you just describe what you want in plain human words. Think of it as having a developer on speed dial who never judges you for asking “can you just make it... work?â€Â đŸ«Ł

CodeWhat it doesBest for
/debugFinds the bug in your code and explains what went wrongBroken code
REFACTORCleans up messy code without changing what it doesMessy code

AUTOMATE is the one that made me go đŸ€Ż the first time I used it. You literally just describe any repetitive task you do on your computer (renaming files, organising your downloads folder, converting a batch of images) and Claude writes a script that does it for you. Pair it with Claude Code and suddenly you're doing in 30 seconds what used to take you 30 minutes of manual clicking.

Try these right now
  • AUTOMATE I manually rename my blog post images every week. The files come in as random strings and I need them named like “jacky‑co‑blog-[topic]-[number].jpg”. Write a script that does this for me.
  • SCAFFOLD I want to build a simple landing page for my freebie. Set up the file structure I need.
  • /debug This code was working yesterday and now it's broken. Here's the error message: [paste error]. What went wrong and how do I fix it?
Research & Deep Dives10 codes

For when you need to go way deeper than a surface‑level answer. Whether you're researching a potential collaboration partner, fact‑checking something before you put it in a blog post, comparing two tools before committing to one, or trying to understand a complex topic that keeps bouncing off your brain, these codes turn Claude into the most thorough research assistant you've ever had. (And one who doesn't get annoyed when you ask follow‑up questions for twenty minutes straight.)

COMPARE is perfect for those moments when you're stuck between two options and your brain is just ping‑ponging back and forth. Two tools, two email platforms, two pricing strategies, two ways to structure your funnel. It lays everything out side by side with actual pros, cons, and a recommendation so you can stop overthinking and just decide.

Try these right now
  • COMPARE Compare Flodesk vs ConvertKit for a solo female founder who sells digital products and a $37/month membership. I care about design, deliverability, ease of use, and checkout features. Give me a clear winner.
  • TRENDSCAN What's happening right now in the online membership space for female creators? What's working, what's dying, and what should I be paying attention to?
  • /digest Here's a really long article about Pinterest algorithm changes: [paste or link]. Just give me the 5 things I actually need to know and do.
  • DOSSIER Compile a full briefing on Skool as a membership platform. Features, pricing, pros, cons, who it's best for, and any recent changes I should know about.
Power Commands10 codes

These are the meta codes, the ones that make Claude itself work better for you. They help you write better prompts (because let's be real, half the battle with AI is figuring out how to ask), load context so Claude doesn't forget what you told it five messages ago, chain tasks together, and just generally get Claude operating at a higher level across your whole conversation. Think of these as the settings dial, not the tool itself.

CodeWhat it doesBest for
/godmodeUnlocks the most detailed and comprehensive response possibleMaximum detail
/autopromptTakes your rough idea and builds the perfect prompt for itMessy ideas
MEGAPROMPTGenerates a long detailed prompt that gets exactly what you wantReusable prompts
/chainRuns multiple prompts in sequence, each building on the lastMulti‑step tasks
/systemWrites a custom system prompt that changes how Claude behavesCustom behaviour
PERSONAMakes Claude respond as a specific type of expertExpert on demand
/memoryTells Claude to remember specific details for the whole conversationNo re‑explaining
CONTEXTLoads background information so every response is more relevantRelevant answers
/rolelockLocks Claude into a specific character for the rest of the chatStaying in character
PROMPTFIXTakes a bad prompt and rewrites it so it actually worksBad prompts
Jacky's pick

/autoprompt is the one that will make you feel like you just discovered a whole new level of AI đŸ€Ż You know when you have this messy, half‑formed idea in your head and you're like “I know what I want but I literally cannot figure out how to explain it to Claude”? Just describe your chaotic brain dump and let Claude build the perfect prompt for you. Then use that prompt to get exactly what you wanted. Future‑you will want to high‑five present‑you.

Try these right now
  • /autoprompt I want Claude to help me plan my next 90 days of content for my blog and newsletter, but I don't know how to ask for it in a way that gets good results. Build me the perfect prompt.
  • MEGAPROMPT Generate a detailed prompt I can reuse every week to get Claude to draft my Sunday newsletter in my brand voice. It should ask about my week, pull out a theme, and follow the Story → Pause → Insight → Empowerment structure.
  • /memory For this entire conversation, remember that I'm a solo female founder, I run a Skool membership, my audience is ADHD creative women 40+, and my brand voice is cozy‑smart with a cheeky edge. Apply this to everything you write for me.
  • PROMPTFIX I keep asking Claude to “write me a blog post about planning” and the results are generic and boring. Fix my prompt so it gives me something actually good.
Hidden Modes10 codes

The spicy section. These codes unlock Claude's more intense, direct, and specialised response modes. For when you need someone to tell you the actual truth about your offer (not the polished version), when you need to think like a CEO for five minutes instead of spiralling like a creative, or when you need a sales brain on demand that can close without being sleazy. Use with caution and a cup of tea.Â đŸ„‚

CodeWhat it doesBest for
/nofilterGives the most direct and unfiltered honest opinion possibleHonest truth
BEASTMODEPushes the output quality to the absolute maximumMax quality

/unlockedDrops the hedging and gives you a straight, direct answerStraight answers
SENTINELReviews everything for errors, risks, and missed detailsFinal safety check
Jacky's pick

/nofilter when you need someone to tell you the truth about your sales page, your offer, or your launch plan without sugarcoating it. It's like asking your most brutally honest friend to review your work (the one who loves you enough to say “babe, this CTA makes no sense”). Then pair it with SENTINEL after you've finished something important, as a final error‑and‑risk check before you hit publish. That combo has saved me from some questionable decisions.

Try these right now
  • /nofilter Here's my sales page for my membership. Be brutally honest, what's weak, what's confusing, and where would someone click away? [paste sales page]
  • CEOMODE I have €500 to invest in my business this month. Here are my options: [list options]. If you were making a CEO‑level decision about where this money goes for maximum return, what would you choose and why?
  • /closer Write a DM reply to someone who said they're interested in my membership but “need to think about it.” Make it warm and persuasive without being pushy.
  • SENTINEL I'm about to publish this blog post. Review everything for errors, broken logic, missing information, and anything that could make me look unprofessional: [paste post]
  • FOUNDER I'm a solo founder making around €2k/month with digital products and a membership. I want to get to €5k consistently. What would you do in my position?

a gentle troubleshooting drawer

WHEN YOU'RE stuck

A few things that quietly trip people up, and the calm fix for each. Nothing here is your fault, it's just the stuff nobody tells you.

The Calm-Fix Drawer

you’re not doing it wrong

?I hit my usage limit

Free users have a daily cap. Switch to Haiku for simpler questions (it sips your allowance), keep your prompts concise, and lean on Projects so you're not re‑explaining context every time. Or just come back in a few hours, your allowance refills.

?I'm getting outdated info

Claude has a knowledge cutoff, but it can search the web. Add “current” or “as of 2026” to nudge it toward a fresh web search.

?My uploads aren't working

Double‑check the file format. Claude supports PDF, DOCX, CSV, TXT, HTML, and images. If a file won't upload, try converting it to PDF first.

?It still doesn't sound like me

Two gentle fixes. First, give it a sample, paste one of your best emails or Skool posts and ask Claude to match that voice. Second, reach for /ghost and /mirror from the Prompt Library together. And if you've built a brand‑voice Skill over in Make It Yours, switch it on first so every reply starts from your voice instead of a generic one.

A little reminder

You now know what Claude is, how to make it remember you, and where the codes live

Play with it. Throw your weirdest questions at it. The best way to learn Claude is to use Claude, and this room will be right here when you want to come back.
