I journal all week, mostly by voice note, because my brain works so much better out loud than it does at a keyboard (very much a me thing). By Sunday I have a pile of receipts, what I built and what broke along the way.
Slow Glow Sunday is me reporting back from a week I really lived. It's the warmest, most aligned thing I write all week, and it's the one place I tell you where it got messy as well as what worked, which, tbh, makes it more useful 🫶🏻
Some advice comes from somebody who finished the work years ago. I'm still in the middle of it, with 19 years in business, three companies, a very sparkly brain, and a Notion and AI setup I run my days on, so what I pass on has already survived a real week.
One small idea a week adds up quietly. None of it asks you to rebuild your workspace or learn a new tool before Monday 😉
