As female entrepreneurs, it’s so easy to fall into the trap of over-explaining ourselves, over-delivering, or bending over backward just to feel "enough."

Whether it’s with clients, members, collaborators, or even friends and family, it's so easy to lose sight of the fact that our worth isn't tied to someone else's perception of us or what we achieve.

I’ve been there 🤷‍♀️ I catch myself - to this day! - justifying my boundaries, explaining my choices, or overthinking how others see me.

But every time I do, I realize it’s not about 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, it’s about me forgetting my own value. And that’s a pattern I’m learning to break, one step at a time.
