By using this website, purchasing a template, or booking a service, you agree to everything outlined below.

1. Real Talk: No Guarantees

Everything I offer, templates, tools, and services, is built to support your business backend with more clarity, calm, and control. But I make no promises or guarantees about specific results.

Your business outcomes depend on you, your actions, your implementation, and your decisions. My templates and VIP weeks are here to support, not magically solve.

2. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All of my Notion templates and digital downloads are non-refundable. Because they’re instantly accessible and replicable, there’s no way to “return” them.

3. No Liability for Platform Tech

I’m a Notion Certified Pro, which means I’ve passed Notion’s official certifications. But I don’t work for Notion.

That means:

• I can’t control updates, glitches, or outages on their platform.

• I don’t take responsibility for how their features perform or change over time.

• Notion is the tool, I’m the strategist. Use it at your own risk.

4. My Work = My Responsibility (To a Point)

I do my best to deliver clean, functional, well-designed templates and systems. But as with any tech setup:

I can’t guarantee my work will be 100% error-free.

If there’s a broken link, a mistagged database, or a setup hiccup, I’ll do my best to fix it, just let me know. That said, I don’t accept any liability for errors, loss of data, delays, or misunderstandings caused by the systems I provide.

5. Service Agreements

For custom Notion builds and Magic Ops Makeover VIP Weeks:

• Full payment is required before I begin.

• Services are scheduled in advance and delivered within the agreed timeframe.

• Due to the nature of 1:1 work, no refunds are offered once we begin.

You’ll receive clear expectations and access instructions in advance, and I’ll always deliver what’s promised, but I can’t be responsible for outcomes you don’t act on.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, systems, content, and designs are protected under copyright.

You are allowed to:

• Use my products for your own business

• Customize them within your own Notion account

• Reference me when sharing them publicly

You are not allowed to:

• Resell, redistribute, or copy my work for commercial use

• Remove credit or claim it as your own

7. Website Use & Limitation of Liability

My site is intended to provide helpful resources and cozy systems guidance. While I do my best to keep everything updated and functional, I can’t guarantee:

• No typos

• No broken links

• No site interruptions

You use this site at your own risk, and I accept no liability for direct or indirect damage caused by its use.

8. Modifications & Updates

These terms may be updated without notice. I recommend checking back if you’re ever unsure or if something has changed in how we work together.
